Where was the eye and hair color change mentioned in the comic?

And you cant say someone isn't human just by seeing them with different hair and eye color, there are dyes and contacts for that now, so they would of had to know ahead of time that she wasn't a human.

They knew she wasn't human cause the whole killing people by thinking thing xP ... They didn't mention they knew until after that.
The hair and eyes are just a bonus.

Unless she confessed to being the cause between pages it could be assumed that she was spared from the initial attack or stumbled upon everyone after the fact and had a breakdown at the sight of so many bloody bodies before her
